MCR Property Group is a leading independent real estate investment and development company, we have a strong UK presence with offices in key cities like London, Manchester, Birmingham, and Glasgow. Our primary focus lies in developing new residential and industrial projects and managing a diverse portfolio, which includes around 5,000 residential plots and commercial/industrial assets exceeding £2 billion in value.
We are looking to grow our current maintenance team. We’re looking for someone who is flexible with their hours and has a range of skills, who can meet the site needs. You will be expected to travel to various locations.
Responsibilities- Carry out all maintenance repairs, planned preventative facilities tasks and project work as directed in order to ensure that operational support is provided to the establishment at all times.
- To ensure that all works are undertaken in a safe manner in accordance with good practice and current legislation.
- To undertake project work as directed by the Project Manager.
- To communicate effectively and work productively with all other staff.
- All work to be carried out to the relevant trade standards
- Ensure Health and Safety policies are adhered to at all times.
- To work in accordance with all MCR policies and procedures
- Understanding of safety rules
- Understanding of health and safety regulations
- Excellent time management
- Driving license & access to a car
- Background in construction or building maintenance
- CSCS card – desirable
- 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing by 1 with every completed year to a maximum 25 days

- Dress down on a Friday
