Maintenance Technician Details:

• Direct Hire position
• $ 52,000.00 / annually
• Third Shift ( Sunday through Tuesday from 10:00pm to 06:30am )

• Conduct regular preventive maintenance on injection molding machines, secondary equipment and fixtures for production.
• Addresses activity established on the preventative maintenance schedule.
• Inspect and troubleshoot machinery to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Perform repairs and adjustments to ensure machines operate efficiently.
• Conduct failure mode analysis and plan action for prevention and irreversible corrective action for support.

Maintenance Technician

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician, preferably in injection molding or similar manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of injection molding processes and machine mechanics.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer experience to compose emails and using a maintenance software system for PMs and work orders.
