Role summary: The Technician, Facility Services, Power Washing, operates and maintains pressure washing equipment to ensure cleanliness and safety across various facility surfaces. This role involves evaluating cleaning requirements, performing preventative maintenance on machinery, and adhering to established safety protocols. The technician manages equipment inventory, operates corporate vehicles, and communicates effectively with stakeholders to support operational needs. Additionally, the position includes seasonal exterior maintenance and collaboration with teams to uphold facility standards, promote efficiency, and implement improvements that enhance overall facility performance and safety.

What you’ll do:

• Operate and maintain pressure washing equipment to clean various facility surfaces, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Evaluate cleaning areas to determine appropriate pressure, temperature, and methods for effective results.
• Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on power washing machinery and related tools.
• Manage equipment inventory, install wear parts, and ensure proper storage of tools and vehicles.
• Respond to work orders, document tasks, and communicate updates with facility users and team members.
• Operate corporate vehicles safely, conducting inspections and coordinating maintenance as required.
• Support seasonal exterior maintenance, including snow and ice management, to maintain safe conditions.

What you’ll bring:

• Proven experience operating and maintaining pressure washing equipment and related machinery safely and effectively.
• Ability to evaluate surfaces and determine appropriate pressure, temperature, and cleaning methods to meet facility standards.
• Skilled in performing preventative maintenance and safety checks on power washing and heavy equipment.
• Competence in operating corporate vehicles, including conducting inspections and adhering to safety protocols.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with facility users, managers, and team members.
• Commitment to following safety procedures and company policies consistently.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and support facility maintenance needs.
