POET is seeking a Plant Technician for the Shelbyville, IN facility. This on-site role requires operating plant processing equipment and performing routine maintenance in a highly automated chemical facility.
You will work 12-hour shifts (days and nights) and support start-up, shut-down, cleaning, and batching per SOPs while maintaining logs and QA/QC results. You will be responsible for electrical troubleshooting, equipment repairs, and preventive maintenance, with opportunities to advance
