Position: Night Custodian Sweeper (2026-2027) - Hebron Middle
Join us for the  school year. Perform routine custodial activities at an assigned school site or facility to maintain buildings, locker rooms and adjacent grounds areas in a clean, orderly and secure condition. Position Details

Hours:

4.5 hours per day Contract Length: 182 days per year
* 170 student instructional days
* 4 holidays
* 7 plannning days

* Documentation:

0): $14.84/hour
* Experienced Pay (Step 10): $16.89/hour We value experience! New hires may bring up to 10 years of comparable, full-time, verified experience.
* The hired applicant is responsible for submitting the BCPS Verification of Experience Form to prior employers for completion and return to HR. Payroll

Note:

While this is an hourly position, the salary is distributed via a year-long contract over 10 months. You will receive 4 paychecks at the end of June. Salary Formula:
