Clubhouse Maintenance Staff

The Powder Horn located in Sheridan, WY is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast‑paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

$20.00 per hour.

• Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on all facilities.
• Manage contracts and contracted services that pertain to the maintenance of the facilities.
• Oversee operation of mechanical and power equipment utilized in the maintenance of the facilities.
• Monitor restrooms, offices, and storage rooms and perform maintenance procedures as required to ensure safe conditions.
• Complete reports as required.
• Respond to emergency after‑hours problems and alarms.
• Complete daily, bi‑weekly, weekly, and monthly preventive maintenance task lists.
• General repair tasks include plumbing, HVAC, low‑voltage electrical, painting, woodworking, etc.
• Monitor and maintain equipment, operating, and cleaning supplies.
• Protect the assets of the association.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

• Strong background in HVAC, commercial plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry.
• Golf maintenance is a bonus!
• Mechanically inclined.
• Strong work ethic.
• Willing to work weekends and occasional long hours.
• Able to work afternoons into the evening.
