Job Summary
We are seeking a Porter / Yard Worker to work in a challenging, fast‑paced environment with opportunities to advance into mechanic, driver, or customer service roles, and work as part of a safety‑focused team.
ResponsibilitiesThe Yard Associate is responsible for the stationing and retrieving equipment on the location's property, maintaining a written maintenance schedule, servicing equipment as necessary to ensure it meets all set specifications, and inspecting equipment prior to and after rental to document any lost or damaged items.
Education and Experience- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Experience with common construction and industrial tools preferred
- Some experience and/or training in repair of mechanical equipment preferred
Skills and Abilities
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers (written and oral)
- Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply and divide)
- Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
- General mechanical aptitude
- Safety focus
- Bi‑lingual (Spanish or other) may be required based on location needs
Requires bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting 50 pounds or more, working indoors and outdoors as required.

$17.75 - $23.72 per hour. Starting rate of pay may vary based on position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
