As an Irrigation Enhancement Manager, you will oversee the service, modification, and installation of irrigation systems while ensuring client satisfaction and compliance with local regulations.

• Client Management: Serve as a professional representative of U.S. Lawns, effectively responding to client needs and following up to ensure satisfaction. Maintain clear communication with the Owner/Manager regarding client concerns and site conditions.
• Safety Management: Promote and uphold safe working conditions and ensure compliance with PPE requirements. Secure storage of products and work areas is essential.
• Brand Compliance: Maintain a professional image of service vehicles and equipment.
• Equipment Management: Ensure all tools and equipment are well‑maintained, and report any issues promptly. Accountability for the care of assigned equipment is crucial.
• Quality Control/Scheduling: Ensure all work meets bid specifications while striving for client satisfaction to facilitate job renewals. Restore all disturbed areas to original conditions.
• Irrigation Duties: Monitor irrigation controllers and ensure zero plant loss due to controller issues. Maintain awareness of all water meters and backflow devices on job sites.
• Field Operations: Run inspections and tests on irrigation systems while documenting findings. Adjust settings and make repairs as necessary, and maintain detailed records of work performed.
• Office and Administration: Follow written and verbal instructions, maintain organization of schedules, complete required documentation, and stay updated on industry practices and regulations. Ensure compliance with state licensing and regulations.
