The NRP Group LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our multifamily properties. You will perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and janitorial tasks to maintain curb appeal and unit quality, under the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager guidance.
Ideal candidates have 3–4 years of maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and basic computer skills. A CFC Universal Certification is preferred, with the certification to be attained within 90 days of hire.
