Myan Management Group, LLC. is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician in Sherman, TX to keep our apartments in excellent condition, supervise the maintenance staff, and assist the Property Manager in day-to-day operations.
You will train maintenance staff, supervise contractors, and report safety hazards while ensuring quality and timely repairs. This role requires 40+ hours per week and on-call coverage.
