Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Maintenance
- Make Ready for a company in Sherman, TX! We are a full-service Staffing Firm that works with companies in Texoma that have full-time, part-time, and temporary opportunities. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!
- Clean apartments thoroughly after tenant move-outs
- Perform painting and touch-up painting in vacant apartments
- Complete minor maintenance and repair tasks as needed
- Prepare apartments for new tenants
- Maintain cleanliness of property grounds by picking up trash and debris
- Assist with general property upkeep and curb appeal
- Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to management
Skills & Qualifications
- Basic maintenance and repair knowledge
- Experience with apartment make-ready work preferred
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Ability to lift, bend, and perform physical labor as needed
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance required
