Role Overview

We are seeking a reliable Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of apartments, common areas, amenities, and other assigned areas. The role will also clean and prepare apartments after contractors complete their work, ensuring units are ready for immediate move-in.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean apartments, common areas, hallways, amenities, and other assigned areas.
• Perform sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing.
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, and other interior areas.
• Clean and prepare vacant apartments after contractor work for immediate move-in.
• Prepare vacant units for move-ins and turnovers.
• Remove trash and maintain clean, organized spaces.
• Restock cleaning supplies and maintain cleaning equipment.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, and safety concerns to management.
• Follow cleaning, health, and safety standards.
• Maintain a professional and respectful environment for residents and team members.

Required Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or cleaning experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Professional communication and attitude.
• Ability to perform physical cleaning duties and lift cleaning supplies and equipment.
