Trainee Pool Technician

We service residential and commercial pools across Brisbane’s southside and pride ourselves on providing exceptional service, honest advice, and a friendly, professional experience.

We’re on the lookout for motivated individuals who want to start a career in the pool and spa industry. No prior experience is required — we’ll provide all the training you need. You’ll learn pool water chemistry, basic equipment operation, and service techniques, working alongside experienced technicians until you’re ready to take on your own run.

• Assist with pool cleaning, testing water, and balancing chemicals
• Learn to diagnose basic equipment issues and perform simple repairs
• Deliver friendly, professional service to our residential and commercial clients
• Keep accurate records of work performed and products used

Enthusiastic, reliable, and eager to learn

Holds a current driver’s licence (manual preferred)

Comfortable with technology (using job management apps on a phone/tablet)

• Paid on-the-job training and clear career pathway
• Support to gain formal industry qualifications (e.g. Certificate III in Swimming Pool & Spa Service)
• Great team culture with regular catch-ups and training days
