Asset Living in the United States is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support property operations across our communities. The role covers corrective, preventive, routine and cosmetic maintenance, make-ready tasks, and on-call support under supervision.
Daily tasks include on-site inspections, pool maintenance, and keeping records of service requests and safety standards. The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of OSHA and Fair Housing
