Schedule & On‑Site Requirements- Tues - Sat 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (flexible to work additional hours as needed).
- Position requires physical presence at your job location during scheduled hours. Current residents of the property are not eligible.
- Must live within 30 miles of the property and have reliable transportation; relocation must be completed before start date.
- 240‑unit midrise lease‑up community scheduled to open in 2024.
- Pay: $30 – $32 / hour.
- Bonus incentives include monthly leasing bonuses.

- 1+ years experience in multifamily or hotel maintenance within the last 10 years (2+ years preferred). Trades experience considered.
- Well‑versed in the unit‑turn process from start to finish.
- Experience tracking and maintaining inventory.
- Must supply basic hand tools; company provides power tools.
- Experience providing excellent customer service to residents and/or customers.
- HVAC certification preferred.
- Reliable transportation required.
- CPO certification preferred for properties with pools.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficient effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Positive outlook and collaborative team approach.
- Responsibility and pride in work.
- Fluent in English (reading, speaking, writing).
- Exercise discretion and independent judgment to evaluate quality of work.
- Abide by all safety requirements at all times.
- Safely use chemicals and equipment as part of daily duties.
- Maintain grounds, work and storage areas, and dumpster areas to ensure curb appeal meets company standards.
- Paint and clean units as needed for timely unit turnover.
- Ensure lawns are mowed and trimmed, and entryways, walkways, and driveways are blown and free of debris.
- Ensure equipment is serviced regularly to maintain safe operations.
- Be on‑call for emergencies or snow removal.
- Enforce all company policies and procedures as established in the Operations Manual.
- Assist in cleaning units as needed.
