Schedule- Tuesday – Saturday 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Flexibility to work additional hours may be required to meet company/project needs.
- On‑Site Requirement: this position requires physical presence at the job location during the scheduled hours. Current residents of the property are not considered.
- Must live within 30 miles of the property and have reliable transportation. If relocating, relocation must be completed prior to start date.
- 240‑unit midrise lease‑up community scheduled to open in 2024.
- Pay: $32 to $34 per hour (range)

- 3+ years’ experience in multifamily or hotel maintenance required within the last 10 years. Applicants with trades experience will receive consideration.
- Well‑versed in the unit turn process from start to finish.
- Experience tracking and maintaining inventory.
- Provide your own basic hand tools – company will provide power tools.
- Experience providing great customer service to residents and/or customers is required.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- HVAC certification preferred (only applies for properties servicing HVAC in CA / AZ).
- CPO certification preferred (only applies for properties with pools).
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficient in effective communication and teamwork.
- Maintains a positive outlook and embraces a collaborative team approach.
- Shows responsibility and takes pride in their work.
- Fluent in English, with strong reading, speaking, and writing skills.
- Exemplify and exercise discretion and sound independent judgment to evaluate quality of work.
- Abide by safety requirements at all times.
- Safely use chemicals and equipment as part of everyday duties.
- Maintain grounds, work and storage areas and dumpster areas daily to ensure curb appeal up to company standards.
- Paint and clean as needed to ensure timely unit turnover.
- Ensure lawns are mowed and trimmed and entryways, walkways and driveways are blown and free of debris.
- Ensure equipment is serviced on a regular basis to maintain safe operations.
- Be on‑call for emergencies or snow removal.
- Maintain and enforce all company policies and procedures as established in the Operations Manual.
- Clean units as needed.
