Maintenance Supervisor II

OPPORTUNITY: MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR II - SHORELINE, WA

Days required:
Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM.

• Direct employees and outside contractors in apartment renovations, service requests, structural repairs and ground maintenance.
• Obtain bids for work from outside contractors, assemble, analyze and submit bids to superiors for action.
• Order and receive supplies, appliances and equipment from vendors.
• Coordinate work performed by outside vendors and inspect completed work for conformance to specifications and standards.
• Inspect facilities and equipment to determine need and extent of service, equipment required, and type; study production schedules and estimate worker‑hour requirements for completion of job assignments.
• Establish or adjust work procedures to meet production schedules.
• Suggest changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of work crews.
• Assist the Property Manager in planning and administering the maintenance budget.
• Participate in after‑hours and emergency coverage as assigned by the supervisor.

• Must have 3+ years related experience in property management as a Maintenance Supervisor.
• Prefer Yardi experience.
• Must have experience in all trades.
• Must have excellent written, communication and computer skills.
• Past supervisory experience is required.
• Current driver’s license and auto insurance required.
• Able to work weekends and overtime as the job requires.

Salary is $36.00-$39.00/hour. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a 401(K) match, rental incentive and renewal compensation, bonuses, and rental discounts depending on location. Regular full‑time employees who work between 30‑40 hours a week are eligible for medical, dental, vision, other voluntary benefits and vacation accrual. Sick time accrual is provided in accordance with law.
