Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of eight rooftop HVAC units;
Execute daily, weekly, and monthly preventative maintenance tasks according to a defined schedule;
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, including diagnosing issues with rooftop units, boilers, and related components;
Handle minor plumbing tasks such as clearing drains and sinks, addressing minor leaks, and ensuring proper operation of plumbing fixtures;
Perform general building maintenance, including patching and painting walls, changing light bulbs, and replacing soap dispenser batteries
