ARTISAN is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician for a multifamily community in the Midwest. This hands-on role combines repairs, preventive maintenance, and resident service requests with team leadership and training responsibilities.
The position oversees 2-3 technicians, supports turnover and inspections, and enforces safety, ADA, Fair Housing, and EPA/OSHA standards. A valid driver’s license and basic computer skills are required.
