Custodian Juniper Ridge Resort
We are hiring for a Part Time Custodian employee for our Juniper Ridge Resort community
RESPONSIBILITIES- Perform routine cleaning duties across all community facilities and offices
- Pick up trash in and around the community grounds and parking lots
- Maintain clean well stocked and sanitary bathrooms
- Clean interior and exterior windows regularly
- Facilitate a wide array of janitorial duties as directed
- Assign and communicate daily service areas to janitorial team members
- Train new associates and review procedures with current associates as needed
- Communicate cleaning supply needs and inventory updates to the supervisor
- Ensure all cleaning tasks meet company standards for safety and quality
- 12 years of janitorial or custodial experience preferred ideally in a commercial residential or community setting
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high quality results
- Positive attitude team oriented mindset and excellent organizational skills
- Professional and respectful demeanor when interacting with residents and staff
- Ability to complete minor repair tasks when necessary Reliable with strong time management and communication skills
- Flexibility to work after hours and weekends as scheduled
- Must pass a pre employment drug screen and background check
