Compensation$20.00 per hour starting wage, aligned with internal pay structure and experience
Essential Job Functions- Ability to maintain, operate and repair the physical plant in a safe and efficient manner.
- General knowledge of electrical, heating, plumbing, and the facility related repairs and grounds maintenance.
- Snow removal, yard work, and general repair, overseeing heating and cooling system, and fixing equipment.
