Job Title:
Facilities Maintenance Technician
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 6:30 am- 3:00 pm
Sidney Location - 777 South Kuther Road, Sidney OH 45265
SUMMARYObtain and ensure facilities problems are identified and repaired by performing the following duties:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND REPONSIBILITIES- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment/systems
- Ensure contractors deliver quality services
- Troubleshoot of HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing issues
- Support and maintain preventative maintenance program
- Provide applied technical expertise in the areas of infrastructure projects
- Clean and upkeep of the grounds
- Packing and moving office furniture and/or equipment
- Handling all work by-products (i.e., trash, pickup, processing recyclables)
- Follow daily work schedule with minimal supervision
- Successful candidates should have a high school diploma and 1-3 years of relevant professional experience; or a combination of education, and training. Previous warehouse and/or facilities maintenance experience desired.
- Attention to detail is a must.
- Craftmanship in completing assigned projects.
- Must be organized with good written and oral communication skills.
Maintenance – 1 Year (Required)
