ITEX Property Management LLC seeks a maintenance technician to support on-site property operations in our Texas portfolio. The role requires 3–5 years of maintenance experience, valid driver’s license, and knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. You must have your own tools and toolbox.
You will identify maintenance issues, respond to work orders, and participate in a 24-hour on-call rotation to ensure property safety and reliability. High school diploma or GED is required.
