Senior Games Technician (SGTs for short) help build, troubleshoot, and repair our games, attractions, and technical equipment while delivering unparalleled guest service. They are essential in training and development of our Support Tech teams. This role is built for those who love to get hands on while fixing things in one of the most unique, fun‑filled environments around!

• You have a working knowledge of electro‑mechanics.
• Can play your heart out and read schematics and wiring diagrams like a pro.
• Can troubleshoot down to the component level and perform repairs.
• Possess excellent communication skills to deliver friendly, available, and memorable guest service.
• Has a strong sense of urgency and a "You Got It!" attitude.
• Teaches others what you know to build knowledge among the team.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

While performing the duties of this position, the team member will regularly be required to:

• Work days, nights, and/or weekends as required.
• Work off an extension ladder.
• Work in a noisy, fast‑paced environment with distracting conditions.
• Move about the facility and stand for long periods of time.
• Read and write handwritten notes.
• Lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
