The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in building maintenance, with strong communication skills and a 3rd Class Engineering License.
This full-time position involves working Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, and includes providing on-call emergency coverage. The role offers a competitive hourly wage of $33-$36 based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, LTD, and 401(k).
