Montgomery County Public Schools in Silver Spring is seeking a Preventive Maintenance Specialist to operate and service our heating and cooling systems across a small cluster of MCPS facilities. You will maintain central low‑pressure boilers, chillers, pumps and fans, and perform general maintenance on doors, locks and fixtures.
You will collaborate with energy‑management staff, respond to work orders from school staff, and be part of emergency response during severe weather.
