You’ll troubleshoot, repair, and document work on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety, and carpentry across multiple commercial properties.
The role requires independent work, fluent English and Spanish, and experience with digital work order systems. Travel between sites, on-call rotation, and clean driving record are essential.
