Work Schedule: Full Time, Swing Shift. May be requested to occasionally work variable shifts:
Day, Swing, Nights, and Weekend Shifts.
Compensation: $23.22 – $23.22 per hour (fully paid overtime as applicable).

Location: Silverdale, Washington
Type: Non‑Exempt
- Perform floor care work such as sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, stripping, reconditioning, waxing, buffing, spot cleaning, carpet shampooing, and vacuuming.
- Operate floor care machines, including powered pressure washers, on sidewalks, streets, parking lots, and other structures.
- Fill and empty mop buckets and mix and measure cleaning chemicals.
- Complete construction clean‑up, removing dust and debris during or after construction projects.
- Safely use and maintain basic personal protective equipment such as hard hats, safety glasses, safety toe boots, hearing protection, and gloves.
- Operate a motor vehicle to assigned work locations.
- Submit a ‘Questionnaire for National Security Positions Standard Form (SF86)’ packet within 90 days of employment if a secret clearance is applicable.
- Prior floor crew experience is preferred.
Employees must be able to perform the following physical demands for extended periods, with or without assistance, and accommodations will be considered on a case‑by‑case basis:
- Lift or move up to 70 pounds.
- Reach, kneel, walk, stand, and use repetitive motion for several hours at a time.
- Engage in repetitive motion, reaching, lifting, kneeling, walking, standing or sitting for several hours; climb in and out of a vehicle; use stairs up and down.
- Work effectively under pressure for extended periods.
- A valid state driver’s license is required; drivers must obtain and maintain coverage by Tessera’s insurance.
- Access to a federal military installation requires a REAL ‑compliant driver’s license or an acceptable alternative (e.g., U.S. passport or military ), in accordance with the REAL .
- Must be able to obtain and maintain applicable security clearances and installation access; a background check and E‑Verify will be conducted.
