Yard Coordinator

As a Yard Coordinator, you will be working outside where your attention to detail will be deployed to safely operate a 50T mobile gantry crane as well as a 32,000lb forklift. You will be responsible for:

• The stocking of transformers in the storage yard in an efficient and orderly manner
• Loading and unloading flatbed trailers
• Work closely with the Logistics Coordinator to properly record shipment information
• Perform yard maintenance (Cleanup of oil spills, dragging the yard, picking up trash, etc.)
• Perform daily, monthly, and quarterly inspections of the forklifts and mobile gantry crane

• This position works 40-45 hours per week on a 4-day a week schedule. All day-time schedule (not night shift). The schedule is 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Some additional paid overtime is available and occasionally mandatory during peak seasons.

Starting package $56k-$73k (wages and bonus) plus a comprehensive full‑time benefits package that averages more than an additional $20k/year per employee (individual amounts vary on age, family size, and other factors).
