Eagle Rock Properties is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Manager based in Simsbury, Connecticut. In this role, you will ensure the working order of apartments and common areas while overseeing maintenance staff and resolving service issues efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in HVAC and electrical systems, excellent customer service skills, and a valid driver's license. You will also participate in emergency on-call rotations and perform preventive maintenance tasks.
