Janitorial Worker

We are seeking a temporary janitorial worker to join our team. This role involves performing custodial duties including cleaning bathrooms and common areas, as well as maintaining cleanliness by replacing toilet paper, tissues, and soap in dispensers. Additional tasks include cleaning microwaves used by production workers and vacuuming after lunch in common areas and hallways.

• Perform custodial duties such as cleaning bathrooms and common areas.

• Clean microwaves used by production workers.
• Vacuum common areas and hallways after lunch.

• 2+ years of experience in janitorial, housekeeping, or cleaning roles.
• Proficiency in cleaning bathrooms and common areas.
• Experience in vacuuming and sweeping.
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning practices.

• Must be comfortable with cleaning bathrooms and toilets.

This is a union role where the primary focus is on cleaning duties. Work shifts rotate between the first shift, Monday to Friday from 7 AM to 3 PM during the first week, and Monday to Thursday from 7 AM to 5 PM during the second week.

This is a contract position based out of Simsbury, CT.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
