Fast growing janitorial cleaning company looking for part-time employees. Must be able to work effectively and efficiently. Prior experience is a plus but not necessary. Pay based on experience.

Simsbury - MON-FRI, flexible start time between 3:30-6:00pm. Approximately 3-4 hours per shift. Inquire for more info.

West Hartford - MON-FRI, flexible start time between 5:00-6:30pm. Approximately 3+ hours per shift. Inquire for more info.

• Candidates must pass background check, speak good English, and have their own car.
• Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
• Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
• Ideal candidates are customer service oriented and good with people.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
• Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks associated with cleaning

• Perform general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting floors and surfaces.
• Sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies such as soap, toilet paper, and hand towels.
• Clean and disinfect high-touch areas to maintain health and safety standards.
• Collect and dispose of trash and recycling in designated areas.
• Report maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines, including proper use of protective equipment and cleaning chemicals.
