Join us as a Management Trainee - Rising Fan (Rooms) at Mandarin Oriental
, Singapore. We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our Rooms team and be part of one of the world’s most prestigious hospitality groups.

Based at Mandarin Oriental, Singapore within the Rooms Department, the Management Trainee reports to the Front Office Manager. You will receive hands‑on operational skills training from experienced colleagues and gain extensive experience in guest interaction.

The 18‑month programme will provide opportunities to learn and understand all aspects of operating, supervising and managing Rooms, with the goal of becoming a Director of Rooms.

• Extended onboarding within the home division
• In‑depth departmental training across Front Desk, Concierge, Club Lounge, Guest Relations, Housekeeping
• At least three Rooms Projects designated by the Director of Rooms (e.g., Market Research, SOPs, Policies, FLHSS, New Business Strategies)
• Spearhead and implement Rooms programmes for guests and colleagues
• Cross‑functional exposure to other departments during the 18‑month schedule
• Accelerated leadership development

• Pursuing or possess a diploma or degree in hospitality management or related fields
• Passionate and eager to learn and grow in the hospitality industry
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly and helpful demeanor
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Thrives in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment
• Aspiring to grow your career internationally within the group
• Previous work experience or internship in hospitality industry is an advantage
