Service Coordinator Tec, Inc.

Overview

New Tec, Inc. is searching for a Service Coordinator for our Sioux Center, IA location. This individual will be communicating with customers on ensuring timeliness of equipment maintenance. The focus of this position is to streamline communication, prioritizing efficiency and response time to our customers. This includes calling customers with upcoming preventative maintenance, effectively communicating internally with the service team and managing the warranty process.

New Tec, Inc. is a leading provider of Material Handling Equipment representing two of the top three brands in the world, Unicarriers and Linde. We provide Construction Equipment for industry leaders including Skyjack, Genie, JLG and Bil-Jax. We also offer full replacement parts along with service and repair both in-field and in-house.

• Manage incoming service calls, listen to customers and determine next steps.
• Calling customers with upcoming preventative maintenance (PM), creating repair orders for the PM, and communicating with the service department to schedule.
• Act as a back-up for scheduling service technicians as needed.
• Facilitate loaners for customers.
• Monitor telematics daily and communicate necessary action items.
• Review and file warranty claims for all vendors.
• Review active service bulletins from vendors; ensure the work is completed and the claim is filed through the warranty process.
