Lift Pro Equipment Co., Inc. is looking for a hands‑on, people‑focused Parts & Service Supervisor to help lead our shop and parts team in Sioux City, IA. We’re a long‑standing material‑handling dealership serving SD, MN, IA, NE, and WY, and we take pride in great service and reliable equipment.

• Lead the daily operations of our Service Shop and Parts Department
• Support technicians, dispatch service calls, and make sure repairs run smoothly
• Work closely with Sales, Parts, and Service teams to keep jobs moving
• Help create quotes, review paperwork, and maintain accurate records
• Keep parts inventory organized and ensure techs have what they need
• Communicate with customers and suppliers in a friendly, professional way

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and multitask effectively
• Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Experience in parts sales or a related field preferred
• Knowledge of lift equipment and construction machinery a plus
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
