Maintenance​/Cleaning Helper, Cleaning Services

Start up cleaning company. Have one re-occurring client as of today (Febuary 3rd). Some one time cleans. Will grow significantly once I find help.

This is a small part‑time on‑site role for a Helper located in the Sioux City region. The Helper will assist with various day‑to‑day tasks, including maintaining cleanliness, organizing items, helping with preparation tasks, cleaning duties including but not limited to dusting, wet dusting, sanitation, scrubbing, sweeping, vacuuming, and vacuuming. Additional responsibilities may include providing excellent support as needed. Some lifting, bending, stooping, and standing/walking for long periods of time.

• Basic cleaning, organizing, and maintenance skills
• Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to follow directions precisely
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and communication
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to assist where required
• Ability to stand, move, and carry light to moderate weights as part of the role
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not mandatory
• Must have reliable transportation and speak basic English is preferred but not required
