Housekeeper, Maintenance​/Cleaning

This position is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment while providing exceptional attention to detail. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, values professionalism, and enjoys creating a comfortable space for others.

Located in Sioux City, IA

Supportive, professional work environment

Some evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events may be required

Clean and maintain bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, and other interior areas

Perform daily cleaning, routine upkeep, and periodic deep cleaning

Complete guest room preparation and turndown services as needed

Wash, dry, fold, steam, and iron linens and clothing

Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the property

Properly care for hardwood floors, stone surfaces, furniture, artwork, and other specialty materials

Use cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively

Respond promptly to housekeeping requests

Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Assist with special events and additional housekeeping needs when required

Minimum of 5 years of professional housekeeping experience

Experience caring for fine furnishings, specialty surfaces, and delicate fabrics preferred

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Ability to work independently and take initiative

Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and basic computer programs

Ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform physically demanding cleaning tasks throughout the day

Professional appearance and reliable attendance required
