1st Shift Warehouse Cleaning Associate

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Cleaning Associate to join our team on 1st shift. This position is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, pay attention to detail, and help ensure the facility meets cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize warehouse floors, work areas, break rooms, and restrooms.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and remove trash throughout the facility.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers and sweepers.
• Restock cleaning supplies and notify management when inventory is low.
• Maintain cleanliness around production and storage areas.
• Follow all company safety procedures and workplace guidelines.
• Assist with general housekeeping duties as assigned.
• Ensure walkways, entrances, and common areas remain clean and free of hazards.

Qualifications:

• Previous cleaning, janitorial, housekeeping, or warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sioux City, IA. The pay range for this position is $16.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
