Facilities & Maintenance Supervisor

Weisser Distributing is hiring a hands‑on Warehouse Facilities & Maintenance Supervisor to oversee facility maintenance, forklift maintenance, equipment repair, and building systems inside our active distribution warehouse.

This position follows a regular schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. Occasional flexibility may be needed based on maintenance projects or operational priorities.

You will be responsible for preventive maintenance, warehouse racking oversight, powered industrial equipment upkeep, and overall building maintenance — while also supporting warehouse operations as needed to keep production moving efficiently.

If you have experience in warehouse maintenance, building maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, and forklift repair — and prefer being on the floor rather than behind a desk — this role offers strong ownership and daily variety.

• Lead preventive maintenance programs
• Perform building repairs and facility inspections
• Maintain HVAC, lighting, fire suppression, and sprinkler systems
• Oversee forklift maintenance and powered warehouse equipment repairs
• Inspect and maintain warehouse racking systems
• Coordinate maintenance vendors and service contractors
• Maintain OSHA-compliant, safe work areas

• Collaborate with warehouse leadership to support daily operations
• Troubleshoot equipment issues quickly and effectively
• Provide hands‑on support on the warehouse floor as needed
• Identify opportunities to improve safety and operational efficiency

• 3+ years of facility maintenance or warehouse maintenance experience
• 3+ years of forklift repair, equipment maintenance, or mechanical experience
• Forklift certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
• Knowledge of warehouse racking and powered industrial equipment
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Comfortable working in an active warehouse and distribution environment
• Basic computer skills (Windows systems)
