We are hiring a Maintenance Planner - 2nd shift that will be responsible for leading the maintenance planning and scheduling programs to reduce downtime through preventative maintenance practices.

• Plan, prioritize, and assess maintenance work orders, ensuring feasibility, required approvals, and coordination with requesting departments.
• Review technical documents (blueprints, schematics) and prepare all required parts, tools, and kits to support efficient maintenance execution.
• Estimate labor and material needs, allocate resources to work orders, and maintain accurate maintenance and cost records.
• Develop, schedule, and manage preventive maintenance (PM) activities for all plant equipment, including required OSHA‑related safety checks.
• Maintain comprehensive equipment history files, including work performed, labor hours, parts usage, and recommendations for equipment or process improvements.

• Two year technical degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience; SAP experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of mechanical / electrical maintenance, planning, or manufacturing experience.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross‑functional teams.

• The base salary range for this position is $60,000 to $99,000 annually, with eligibility for a 5% annual incentive bonus based on organizational performance. The range reflects factors such as experience, skills, education, certifications, and location, and starting salary may fall anywhere within the stated range.
