Accessible Space in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking a part-time Property Caretaker / Maintenance person for our apartment building. A caretaker unit is available rent free, and the position pays $19–$20 per hour.
You will maintain a clean and safe environment, perform minor repairs, handle unit turnovers, and carry out routine maintenance and inspections. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7am to 6pm, with benefits including PTO, holidays, life insurance, and more.
