• High school education or technical training
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment, performing maintenance duties, is preferred

In this role, your day is all about keeping things running smoothly. You ensure the operation of machinery by completing routine preventive maintenance and troubleshooting any issues that arise. You use a variety of testing instruments and tools to locate the source of problems, whether it's by observing a device in action or listening for irregularities. You make necessary adjustments to functional parts using your hand tools and other equipment, ensuring everything is in perfect working order.

You also help control downtime by communicating with production workers about maintenance needs, managing the inventory of parts and supplies, and maintaining a safe and clean workspace. Your attention to detail and proactive approach are essential in maintaining our operations' efficiency and ensuring our team's safety.
