- Maintenance is seeking a senior Maintenance Technician III to lead complex repairs and renovations across multiple properties. You will mentor Tech I and II, oversee projects, ensure safety compliance, and coordinate with vendors.
You will diagnose HVAC, electrical, and plumbing issues, manage preventive maintenance, document work, and respond to emergencies, while maintaining high-quality craftsmanship and property standards.
