In this role, you'll provide comprehensive cleaning services for a variety of businesses and establishments, including offices, clinics, pharmacies, and retail buildings. Shifts are generally flexible, typically beginning as early as 5:00 p.m. and ending as late as 1:00 a.m.
Essential Functions:
* Perform routine janitorial maintenance in commercial facilities, including detailed dusting, vacuuming, waste and recycling removal, restroom sanitization, and cleaning of breakrooms and kitchen areas.
* Work independently and efficiently to meet cleaning schedules and standards
* Secure all facilities after service completion in line with client procedures.
* Manage and maintain professional cleaning equipment and supplies.
Additional Expectations:
* Reliable Attendance.
* Skills in Workmanship and Attention to Detail when working unsupervised.
* May perform specialized floorcare tasks, including buffing, stripping, and waxing.
* Work independently and exhibit strong problem-solving, decision-making, and judgment skills.
* Follow the directions of your manager or Team Lead Supervisor
* Communicate effectively with co-workers and leadership team.
* Actively follow and support the Mission of INTEK, its policies and procedures.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience and
Education:
* High School Graduate or GED Required.
* Ability to pass a background check Required.
Physical Demands
* Ability to bend, climb or balance, kneel, stoop, walk, or push and pull objects.
* Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and occasionally 100 lbs., to perform job functions.
* Ability to work in a variety of environments, conditions, and temperatures.
