Trail Ridge Senior Living Community | Sioux Falls, SD

$21.00-$25.00 per hour, based on experience | Full-time | Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:30 PM with weekend and holiday on-call rotation

Trail Ridge Senior Living Community is looking for a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to help keep our community safe, comfortable, and running smoothly for the residents and staff who call it home.

What You'll Do

* Perform routine and preventative maintenance throughout the community

* Troubleshoot and repair building systems, equipment, and fixtures

* Complete and document work orders in a timely, professional manner

* Maintain a clean, safe, and attractive interior and exterior environment

* Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors as needed

* Participate in scheduled weekend and holiday maintenance rotations

What You'll Need

Required:

* High school diploma or GED

* Ability to lift, carry, and move maintenance equipment and supplies

* Must be at least 18 years old

Preferred:

* 1+ years of facility maintenance experience, ideally in senior living or a similar residential setting

* Technical certification or trade school training

* Working knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems

* Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently

Pay and Benefits

* $21.00-$25.00 per hour, based on experience
