Welder - WEEKLY PAY - START ASAP

Sioux Falls, SD Pay: $23-$27/hour

Hours:

Monday-Friday, Various Shifts Available

We are seeking a skilled welder who can read and interpret blueprints, rework instructions, work orders, and engineering orders. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to follow both written and verbal instructions, with robotic welding experience being a plus.

• Communicate effectively with coworkers to support the manufacturing process.
• Maintain great attendance to ensure manufacturing plans are met and individual accountability.
• Ensure proper lifting techniques, including the use of hoists and requesting assistance as needed.
• Keep a neat and clean work environment.
• Wear proper safety gear, such as weld helmets, gloves, shields, and steel-toed boots, where required.
• Strive for an injury-free workplace through a 'safety first' attitude.
• Consistently be punctual and present for all assigned shifts.
• Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Perform all other duties as necessary.

• Proficiency in welding and MIG welding.
• Ability to read blueprints and fabrication instructions.
• Experience with steel welding and grinding.
• Strong focus on detail and efficient time management.

• 2 years of welding experience required.
• Experience in robotic welding is helpful.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sioux Falls, SD.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
