Roustabouts - Equipment Shop - 14/14 or 21/21 - Camp + Transportation Provided - Prudhoe Bay, AK

Worley is seeking Roustabouts for their Equipment Shop in Prudhoe Bay, Alaska, working on a rotational schedule in a remote Arctic environment. This role involves supporting shop operations, assisting mechanics, and performing manual labor in challenging weather conditions. Ideal candidates are safety-focused, adaptable, and interested in developing trade skills within a dynamic team.

• All meals and lodging provided while on location (camp accommodations)
• Transportation between Anchorage and Prudhoe Bay provided

• Work in a rotational schedule (two weeks on/two weeks off or three weeks on/three weeks off)
• Opportunity to gain experience in heavy and light duty mechanics, welding, and tire shop operations

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Valid driver’s license and ability to be insured by Worley’s auto insurer
• Ability to work safely and follow all company, client, and regulatory requirements
• Physical ability to stand, walk, climb, lift up to 50 lbs., push/pull heavy loads, and work in harsh Arctic conditions
• Ability to use hand and power tools
• Ability to read and understand job descriptions, safety/technical manuals, and safety/warning signs

• One year of experience in an industrial environment
• One year of experience performing basic equipment maintenance (lubrication, tire replacement, etc.)
• Experience in petrochemical, oilfield, or Arctic environments
