• Picks up trash and replaces trash liners.
• Vacuums, mops, polishes and sweeps all floor areas.
• Dusts, spot clean all glass, polishes, and sanitizes all areas.
• Washes, cleans, wipes down, sponges, rinses, scours and disinfects any assigned work area.
• Notes and reports all areas in need of repair and any hazardous condition requiring correction.
• Closes and secures all rooms upon exiting.
• Identifies safety hazards and acts accordingly.
• Carried out proper cleaning procedures on a daily basis.
• Operates floor cleaning and other cleaning equipment.
• Adheres to all safety rules and requirements and all policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred).
• Valid state driver's license.

• Ability to obtain and maintain Secret security clearance.
• Ability to complete task to the highest standards possible.
• Ability to deal with frequent interruptions.
• Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
