Financial & Payroll Coordinator

Financial & Payroll Coordinator (Temporary) Part-Time 20-25 hours per week

Are you a detail-oriented payroll and finance professional who enjoys keeping processes organized, accurate, and compliant? We're seeking a Financial & Payroll Coordinator to support payroll, accounting, and financial operations while helping ensure timely payments, accurate reporting, and seamless onboarding of instructors and vendors.

• Manage payroll operations and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Review payroll queries, labor redistributions, spreadsheets, and supporting documentation
• Process and track payments, invoices, and financial transactions
• Coordinate instructor and vendor contracts from creation through completion
• Collect and process new instructor paperwork
• Maintain employee records and HRIS data
• Support financial reporting and accounting functions

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• 3+ years of payroll and financial operations experience
• Knowledge of payroll systems, financial reporting, and accounting principles
• Experience with Banner is a plus
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software
