AP Clerk

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team at Life Line Ambulance Illinois. As an AP Clerk, you will be responsible for AP invoice entry and payments, month-end accounting entries, daily cash entries, and miscellaneous accounting reports. If you have a strong background in accounting and excellent MS Office skills, we would love to hear from you.

• AP invoice entry and payments
• Month-end accounting entries
• Daily cash entries
• Miscellaneous accounting reports
• Other duties as assigned

• Nice to Have:
  Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Must Have:
• Microsoft Office products, including Excel
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Familiarity with Excel and resourceful
• Experience in finance or AP

• Experience with accounts payable or light accounting is preferred, and additional training will be provided.

• This is a part-time position with a range of $18-$20 hourly.
